The question plumbers ask first
I do emergency work. Will it book someone in when I am already out?
Only into the slots you said were bookable. Block the afternoon out and those slots stop being sold immediately — including while you are standing in somebody’s kitchen with the phone in your pocket. The text also goes out whether or not you are free, so an emergency caller gets an answer rather than silence.
