Who we are
We build one thing, for one kind of business.
Ringback catches the calls you miss and turns them into booked work. That is the whole product. It is not a CRM with texting bolted on, and it is not trying to become one.
A one-van plumber misses a good number of calls in a week. Not through carelessness — through being up a ladder, under a floor, or driving. Most of those callers leave no voicemail, and many have rung somebody else before the hour is out.
That work was never lost to a competitor being better. It was lost to a competitor picking up. Closing that gap does not require anybody to change how they work, and it is the only thing this product does.
What we hold to
Four positions, and where to check each one.
Anything we could not point at somewhere in the product was left off this page.
You should not have to answer the phone to win the job
The premise of the whole product. You are under a sink with both hands full and the phone goes. That call is worth a few hundred pounds and it is going to the next name on the list. Nothing here tries to make you quicker at answering — it assumes you did not.
How that worksYour customers are yours
We do not sell you leads, take a share of your work, or market to the people who book with you. The number they rang is your number. If you leave, you take everything and keep it.
How we make moneyA claim you cannot check is not a claim
The pricing page reads the same records your bill is calculated from, so it cannot advertise a plan we do not sell. Where we quote a statistic we name the study. Two of the three figures we first wanted to use did not survive checking, so they are not on the site.
See the pricing pageWhat it does not do is worth more than a longer feature list
Most of what gets sold to trades is oversold, and the disappointment turns up after the direct debit. There is a section listing what this deliberately does not do, and none of it is on a roadmap to make it sound temporary.
What it does not doStraight answers
The questions you would ask on the phone.
- Who is behind it?
- A small team building one product. Not a marketplace, not an agency, and not a reseller of somebody else’s dialler.
- Where are you?
- The United Kingdom. Prices are in pounds, times are on your local clock, and the phone numbers are British ones.
- How long have you been going?
- Not long, and you would be early. That means a narrower product than an established one — and that the person reading your email is the person who can change the software.
- What if you go under?
- Your number is one you bought yourself and we never take ownership of it — point it away and you are out. There is no data export yet, which is a real gap and named as one on the page about how we make money.
Being straight with you
Who this is not for.
- Anyone who wants calls answered by a person. That is an answering service, and this is not one — Ringback starts after the call has already been missed.
- Anyone whose work is not booked in slots. If every job is quoted on site and scheduled by conversation, there is nothing here for a calendar to do.
- Anyone who needs invoicing, quoting, stock or payroll. It does none of them, and bolting them on would make it worse at the one thing it does.
Have a look before you decide.
There is a real booking page you can walk through, and every screen in the product is browsable without signing up for anything.
No card needed to start. Recovery texts are transactional and kept separate from marketing — privacy policy and terms.
