Missed-call recovery for trades

Every missed call is a customer calling someone else.

You are under a sink with both hands full. The phone rings out. Ringback texts them back within seconds with a link to your own booking page — and the job lands in the calendar you already carry.

You never sign in to anything. No app, no dashboard to check, no new habit.

Free for 14 days on Starter, no card. Setup takes about ten minutes, once.

What happens

Four steps, none of them yours.

  1. They call, you miss itRinging out, engaged, or straight to voicemail.
  2. We text them backWithin seconds, from your number.
  3. They book themselvesReal availability, your prices.
  4. It lands in your calendarAddress, number, what they said.

Why this is worth anything

The phone is still how work arrives. It is also where it leaks.

39% of people who ring a business never get through to a person

InvocaOver 60 million calls. 61% reached a person, ranging from 54% to 69% depending on industry.

69% of missed business calls never get a callback within two days

Quo (formerly OpenPhone)16.7 million missed calls across their own customers, over three months in 2026.

80% of people block or screen calls from numbers they do not recognise

TransUnion, with Toluna1,556 adults surveyed in August 2024, ±2.5% at 95% confidence. 70% said they had missed a genuine call because of it.

Each figure is attributed to the study it comes from, with the sample it was drawn from. Numbers about missed calls circulate widely without either, and several of the most repeated ones turn out to measure something other than what they are quoted for.

The message, in full

This is what your customer receives.

Not a description of it. The words below are pulled from the template the software sends with, so this cannot quietly drift into something friendlier than what actually goes out.

Sorry we missed your call to Ashgrove Plumbing. Book a time that suits you here: rngbk.co/aP4x2
Sent seconds after the call, from your number. One text — and it is yours to reword.

No branding of ours, no “sent via” footer, no link to us. As far as your customer is concerned it came from you, because it did.

A booking page, live right now

Not a screenshot and not a mock-up — a real tenant page on this system, taking real bookings against real availability. Open it and try to book something.

We are new, and we would rather say so

There is no wall of logos here because there is not one to show yet. What there is: the product, in the open, and somebody who answers.

Enforced, not promised

Your data cannot leak into another business

Separation is enforced by database policies, not by application code. A query that forgot its filter returns nothing rather than somebody else’s customers — and a test proves it by running as the real role and trying.

Checked by a test that runs as the real database role and tries.

Two customers cannot take the same slot

A database constraint forbids overlapping bookings on the same resource. Not a check in the browser that a slow connection can skip: the write itself is refused, and one of the two is offered the nearest alternative.

We never see a card number

Card details are entered on Stripe’s own pages. Calendar access tokens are encrypted before they are stored, and links sent to your customers carry a token we keep only as a hash.

The next call you miss is already booked somewhere else.

No card needed to start. Recovery texts are transactional and kept separate from marketing — privacy policy and terms.
